 Processing conditions 



 EL-WAX recommended melt temperature of 130-180 degrees Celsius. Recommended mixer stir well before use. Specific doses of different applications, please refer to the following methods: 







 Application methods use the theory 



 Hot-melt additive polyolefin and EVA to improve the mobility of the product, add 10-30% 



 PVC extrusion grade PVC products can be used as an external lubricant, add the amount of 0.5-1phr 



 Thermoplastic hydrocarbon resin as the carrier of signs, add the amount of 2-8% 



 Masterbatch pigments and fillers in polyolefins to improve the dispersion, addition of 5-10%. 



 Fiber fill to improve the moisture shielding, add the amount of 5-10phr 



 Ozone attacks rubber static-free carbon black in rubber also enhance the dispersion, addition of 2-10phr 



 Candle candles to improve opacity, mechanical properties and extend the candles burning time, add the amount of 1-4%

 Storage mode 



 Follow the storage provided by the Division I manual save, the product on the original bag placed in a clean environment. 



 Environmental requirements: 50 degrees Celsius, dry and free from dust, light and good insulation measures. Maintain good ventilation, away from incompatible materials, food and beverages. Otherwise it will lead to lower-quality product, such as odor, discoloration, or deterioration of other physical properties. 



 Until ready to use the product, otherwise tightly sealed bag. If the bag has been opened on behalf of, carefully re-sealed tight opening, and opening up vertically, so as not to spill. Do not put in unmarked bags. Use appropriate container to avoid environmental pollution. 



 Storage areas should be stable and will not leak.
